Something unknown

Called to have faith in the One we can not see. Blind faith some called it. Some call it believing in the unknown. I call it Jesus Christ. The one who was and is and is to come. The faithful Creator of the earth. Our Father who has great plans for our lives.

Hebrews 11:1 defines having faith as “Faith is sure of what we hope for and certain of what awe do not see.” Jesus tells His disciples in the Gospels that “blessed is those who did not see me, and yet believed. The reason for that statement is the fact that it is hard to believe in something which you can’t see. Therefor in our modern day context we are used seeing the results, but having faith in God and trusting Him to work in people’s lives, you don’t also get to see the change in their lives.

Therefor we are called to have faith in God although we don’t see the change happening immediately. Have faith that something will happen.
