The day that God wrote your story in the book of life, He made no mistake. From the beginning to the end He planned out every single detail of your life. There is no “oops, that just happened” or “maybe I should not lead him or her that way”.
God is sovereign over us and sometimes we struggle to believe it. Yesterday I spoke to someone about this whole predestination concept which Paul writes about in Romans 8. God has a ordained plan for our lives as I already mentioned, but we choose if we want to follow or rebel against the plan that He has for our lives. That is where free will comes in, we have a choice if we want to obey the will of God or rebel against it. If we rebel against it, God knew that it would happen. If we decided to follow it, He knew that we will.
That just shows how God is in control over every aspect of our lives and what the enemy means for evil, God turns for our God. He lets all things work for the good of those who love Him and who’ve been called according to His purpose. The plans He has for us is plans to prosper and not to harm, plans to bring a bright future. It is only the devil that seeks to kill, steal and destroy the plan that God has for us. That is why we sometimes face hardships, because we are following the plan of God and the devil is trying anything to get us detracted.
God doesn’t make typing errors.
