The joy of the Lord is contagious. It is not to be held in a container or bottle for you to enjoy. His joy is for everyone. His joy burns from within our hearts. We mustn’t just keep it for ourselves. When the joy of the Lord urges you to move and dance, then GO for it! Don’t let anything hold you back. For when the joy of the Lord manifest in your life, people around you are blessed by it. Dance before the King of kings, He is watching. God sees your every move.
God gave us life and life in abundance. Let us go and live it out and be agents of influence.
How much space do we leave for God in our hearts. Do we say to Him “You can have that corner of my heart and I will fill the rest with other things”. Scripture says that Christ is in us. Therefor if your mind ought to be controlled by the Spirit, you ought to give control over to Him. Not to worry about anything that will happen.
In the book of 2 Corinthians 13:5, Paul speaks about the believer that needs to examine his or her heart. To see if you have faith in Christ. If you believe that Christ is in you. BUT he also writes that there is a possibility that we can fail the test by not believing that Christ lives in us. We can know Christ, but it doesn’t say that we believe that He lives in us.
Ephesians 3:17 talks about Christ that dwells in our hearts through us displaying our faith in Him. By our faith we are rooted and grounded in love which refers to being rooted in Christ. If we are rooted in Christ He is also rooted in us and there is no other things in our hearts than Him alone.
Lastly Revelation 3:20 speaks about we opening the door of our hearts to Christ. Now that may see simple but have we really given our whole heart to God? “I surrender all” That is quite a bold statement to make. Giving all to God means trusting in His works and not your own. Letting Him come and dine with us in our hearts means that we are contentment. Paul says in one of His letters that “godliness with contentment is great gain.” If we are content with Christ, we won’t allow other things to stain our hearts.

You are a new creation
by your meditation
on the Word
You are born into the family of Christ
The King who sits on the highest
Your life is a vessel,
that can sometimes feel like a wrestle
Sometimes you hit a whole,
that goes right to your soul,
and you don’t know what’s the goal,
but you trust that He is in control.
So keep on seeking the Righteous One
And you will become
Like His son
To shine His light,
as bright, at night, with all your might
And as your walk with Him,
singing a hymn
He smiles upon your life
Knowing that you are alive (in Him)
Taking His hand and following Him
For He has great plans, just let it in His hands
Keep up the good work chosen one.
From dead to life
This is what You do
You make us come alive
Turning our mourning into dancing
Sadness into joy
It is your breath that gives us life
It is Your love that sustains and remains
With your love you keep us alive
Helping us to survive
We are alive in Christ!
Hallelujah Abba Father!
Life in abundance Let us not go into induldgence
Let us live a joyful life
Without being ruled by a knife
So rejoice and be glad
Don’t get easily mad
But be quick to listen
And slow to speak
For those who will inherit the earth are the meek
We are alive in ChristHe dwells in our hearts
No longer slaves to fear
But God’s children
His love dwells in our hearts
And drives out every single fear
So don’t be condemned by the enemy,
For therefore there is no condemnation for those who live
You are free and led by the Spirit
And the same Spirit who raised Christ from the dead
Lives in us
So remember oh co-heirs of Christ
Our present suffering is nothing compared
To the glory
That will be revealed in us
Psalm 23:1 “The Lord is my shepherd, I lack nothing.”
When we walk in the fullness of God, we don’t lack anything. In life we get an opportunity to walk in a relationship with the Father. He guides us during the day by His grace and empowers us through everything we face. It is our mindset that causes us to think that we are not worthy, cause us to think we are not good enough. We have been called heirs of Christ, a chosen generation. We don’t lack anything when we have an inheritence from the Father. We are called, loved, adored in the eyes of the Father and He takes each of us on a separate journey to become the person He intended us to be. So believe in the things God says about you and don’t think you lack anything, because you’re walking in the fullness of God.
When in doubt return to the Word of God. Don’t fall in doubt about your identity in God. He loves you and have called you to do great things. Run to the Word of God in all occations. He has so much to say about you in His word. What He says in His word, He doesn’t lie about. That is eternal, that doesn’t change. Don’t let the world label you with certain characteristics, but let the word of God define you and guide you into His presence, where there is fullness, where you walk with your Shepherd and don’t lack anything because you’re in the Father’s presence.
