Be ready to preach the word of God in and out of season. Don’t wait until morning, but be ready there and then. Be ready to preach in in the moment. It also calls us to be sensitive to the Spirit. The most important thing before preaching the Word of God is reading it. We need to be faithful stewards of the Word and therefor meditate on it day and night.
Give people a taste of the bread of life. Don’t withhold from them the gift of eternity. You can be the last one that they may encounter before they die. Sjoh! That is a burner, but don’t let it become a burden. Let the Spirit lead you in what you do.
God wants to use you!
We ought to be in tuned with our Father. Listening to the words that He is trying to speak to us. Often we are too much in tuned with the radio stations of this world and then we tend to miss what God is trying to tell us. The moment that we are in tuned with God, being still and knowing that He is God, that is the moment we will start to hear every word that proceeds from the mouth of the Father. Sometimes we get to entangled with our daily tasks that we miss the things of God.
As community of believers we ought to encourage one another. We ought to preach the Word of God in and out of season. When we aren’t in tune with God we might miss the opportunity to encourage our fellow believers and that is one of the reason why the body of Christ is suffering. It is because of the individualistic mindset that people of faith have. We tend to focus on climbing the corporate ladder that we miss what is going on in front of our nose. Be there for your fellow believers, trust in God for a word of encouragement. The world we live in is flooded with negativity and critiques that one word of encouragement can mean the world to a person.
Let us be still and know that He is God.
Let us be in tuned with the Father and speak His words.
The young believer who inspired the people to read the Bible, started to disciple those people. He made sure they slotted into a church with a good support structure and can help them learn more about themselves and Christ. A few weeks of discipleship the new believers came to the person who lead them to Christ and told him of all the trials and tribulations they were experiencing. He encourage them with the wisdom God gave him. There words of encouragement was : ” The fact that you’re experiencing all this trouble times is because of the work God is busy doing in your life. For every tribulation you face, God uses you to make you in the person He wants you to be. God also states in His word that he won’t bring things along your path you can’t handle.”
Therefor go and thank God for what He is doing in your life and testify of His goodness in your life. He loves you and won’t stop loving you
Seek every opportunity to testify of God’s goodness. Some people are encouraged when they hear a testimony you’ve shared. God sends people over your path so you may encourage them with your testimony and through that He is glorified.
The testimony serves as a message of hope towards the other person and encourages them to still keep their faith in God.
